1. What are artisan keycaps?

Artisan keycaps are unique, handcrafted and hand painted keycaps designed to enhance the look of mechanical keyboards.

2. Are they compatible with my keyboard?

Our keycaps are compatible with most mechanical keyboards switches like Cherry MX, Gateron or Kailh switches.

3. Why is there bubbles in my keycap?

While we strive for perfection, small bubbles may be present, especially in intricate designs. These are kept to a minimum through pressure curing.

4. Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We love creating one-of-a-kind keycaps tailored to your ideas. Use the contact form to contact us. Please note that custom orders take longer due to the craftsmanship involved.

5. How long does shipping take?

• In-stock items: Ship within 1-2 business days.
• Custom orders: Typically take 4-6 weeks to craft and ship.

6. Will popular designs be restocked?

Some designs are limited edition and won’t be restocked. However, fan-favourite designs may return depending on demand. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on restocks and new releases.
