Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Atomic Keycaps. We take pride in crafting high-quality artisan keycaps and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order keycaps are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if order has been shipped.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized keycaps
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards

6. How to Initiate a Return
